Pixel Stretch

Requirements: Adobe Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro
An interesting effect with a "stretch of lines."
Select an image you want to use. I will use this: Click
Now, use the single marquee row tool if you want to do the pixel stretch vertically. If you want to do it horizontally, use the single column tool.
For me, I'm going to make the pixel stretch go down [vertically; single marquee row]. [View Visual.] (yes, I know I spelled "Marquee" wrong)
Okay, do EDIT>>FREE TRANSFORM (or CTRL+T).
Click and drag one of the sides of the little squares in the middle. [View Visual].
As stated above, drag the square up...or down. [View Visual]
Finally, the finished product. I faded the pixel stretch a bit.Help
