Image mapping is a nice way to group your links into categories.
Select an image you want to use.

Open Image Ready. Select the image map tool and select the shape you want to use. Draw the selected shape around one of the objects that you want to be image mapped.

In the image map window, change the url to linkname.html, the target to the link target, and the alt to link name. For iframes, the target would be the name of your content iframe. You can leave the target field blank if you want the link to open in the same window. Alt can be left blank if you do not want the alt tags to appear. Repeat the steps for all of the other objects that you want to be image maps.
After you are finished, go to File>>Save Optimized As and save your file.
