About the Layout

Another blue layout. Too bad. x_x; I couldn't find another color that suited this layout. This thing took forever to make. 30 files. --; And I still haven't finished my emails.
Layout features Chii from Chobits. I don't really know what I was thinking when I made this layout. Fansite? Blog? Collective? I don't know. If you made it a blog, you could use the frame on the top left corner for personal info, like I did. O_o; Or, if you made it a collective, you could always make that frame for updates or something.
Then there's the quick links. You can use those to link to section pages or affiliates or something.
I thought this layout was a little complex, so I put help tags in. =)

Using the Layout

[ 1 ] Unzip the file using WinZip.
[ 1 . 1 ] Open main.html to edit the frame content
[ 1 . 3 ] Open index.html to edit the content, navigation, and quick links.
[ 2 ] Upload everything to your server
