Okay, this layout is kinda based on the content. Meaning, if the background on the bottom is off, put an enter down thinger. What's an enter down thinger? (<br>) at the bottom of the content. =D The navigation is those boxes next to the girl.

Unzip the downloaded file with WinZip
Open index.html to edit your links (navigation) and content
Upload everything to your server.
