Wah, it's the same for me! I started all this website stuff when I was 12 or 13 I think and now I'm in college and it's hard to find the time/inspiration to do much anymore...But don't worry too much. Just by making this update everybody knows you're still here. At least for me, I feel like I noticed that all the people I use to check their sites a lot, the sites have disappeared and I guess people move on. Wow, I feel so old now. Haha. Have a good new year 2010 :D

I sooo remember back in those days. Don't worry. I feel the same way. I used to be really into web designing community and whatnot but I guess all of us just kinda grew up and moved onto other things in life. But thanks for still being here. i remember when you were 12... okay maybe not all the way back then but i remember finding it for the first time in like 2004 or 2005.
your work was definitely an inspiration back when i started :)

ahh i'm starting college soon, well next year and yea it's already hard to update and keep up with life at the same time.

I still visit here occasionally, still the same Amanda from when you were 12 years old. I hope the forums get revived eventually and the community thrives again.. no idea where my old friends are now :(

I remember when you first started KTD. I use to be a member of your forums and you had really inspired me to make my own site with my own designs. Unfortunately I stopped designing my freshmen year of highschool and I'm in my third year of college now. Anyway good luck to you and keep your site.

aww you're really lucky. i have to pay for my own site and am not all that active, but i just can't let it go, especially my domain names. i was inactive for several years, no site or anything, but kept my domain name registered. i refuse to EVER let it go! lol! but, you should do what's right for you, or try to find a cheaper hosting site. =D?

Hi Fiona.

I'd just like to let you know that your site was the turning point for me as a future web developer, many years ago. I am now at a point where I can create PHP & MySQL driven websites. I am currently working on my own CMS.

I too started University this year (BSc Computer Science), and you will eventually find a balance. I maintain many websites (which help pay my host costs & pizza :P).

College and updating is hard!!! I have a law exam in less than two weeks, but I'm here because it makes me happy :P

There is a balance, you just have to find it :)

As other people have said, it will be a great loss if you shut KTD!!

Even with college, I still try to make time to enjoy my old hobbies...but I give myself enough room so it's not a chore xp (cuz then what's the point?).

Aw, I hope KTD doesn't go away any time soon. I've been a fan for years and would be so sad to see it gone. Finding the balance is pretty hard, though...I still haven't got it yet, haha. I go months at a time without updates during college quarters, so I totally understand.

Anyways, I hope you have good luck with school and the site and everything...And that you have a good new year!

College can get pretty bad, I know how it feels. But, stick to it! I would hate to see a wonderful site close down. You're so very inspirational to the webdesign community! Hope you are doing well, see you around :D and good luck with college!

Happy new years! =] I hope you find a balance between school and site. I would really miss Komet Tails Design if it were to close. This is one of the site that have lasted for many years, since the very beginning of my graphic career. I hope you can find a reasonable solution. =]

Happy New Year! Oh I hope you do keep your site it would be ashame to see KTD go TOT Finding balance is very hard I still have not found it yet or maybe never lol.
